National Newspapers Pick Up Ripper Story Part One

 The following articles are from newspapers outside of Atlanta. The following is from the Washington Post June 27, 1911. 

This article claims that the victims were strangled before their throats were cut, but the Atlanta papers stated that most women had their skulls battered before their throats were slit.

The Times claims that no "out and out" black woman was slain which fits with statements from the Atlanta papers which claims that the victims were mulattos.
